Refunds & Returns Policy

This page informs you of our policy regarding refunds or returns for products sold on the website.

Please read our Refund & Returns Policy before making any purchases from our secure online store or via pro-forma invoice. If you do not agree with our Refund & Return Policy we ask that you do not purchase from this website or directly through Ordio Productions.

All products sold on this website are either made to order or pre-manufactured for immediate dispatch. We require payment in full prior to manufacturing and delivery. If you purchase any product from this website via our secure online store or are issued an invoice for the goods you agree to our strict terms and conditions outlined within this policy.

We (Ordio Productions) do not accept refunds or returns of any kind. It is your responsibility to carefully select the product type, colour and quantity prior to purchasing any products from us. You (The Customer) will have 24 hours after your order is placed to amend or cancel the order. After this time the order will already be underway with our suppliers and will not be able to be intercepted.

If an item arrives damaged or is evident of manufacturing defects, our suppliers will replace the item free of charge. Note that the replacement item can only be the same that was originally purchased. At no stage will any item be replaced if it was damaged after the point of delivery. We advise all of our customers to thoroughly check each carton upon delivery. For all warranty claims please contact us immediately and provide photos of the goods upon submission.

As we are an online business only, we do not carry stock. We drop ship all products directly from our supplies to our customers. We do not offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind. We can make exceptions on a case by case basis, however only stocked items (excluding made to order items) can be returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the shipping costs to return the item(s) back to our suppliers’ warehouse. All items that are returned will also incur a 30% restocking fee. If you are wanting to lodge a change of mind enquiry, please contact us and quote your online order number or the invoice number.

If a refund or return application is approved, credit card refunds will be authorised via the same payment method used for the initial purchase. Refunds will be processed via our secure gateway & merchant portals only. We can only credit funds back onto the same card that was used for the initial transaction. We use SecurePay for our secure online payments. We do not use PayPal or Stripe for our online payments. If payment was made by electronic funds transfer, we will only return funds back into the same account.

We may update our Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Refund Policy on this page.

You are advised to review this Refund Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Refund Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
